The Salvation Army is an international movement, sharing in the mission of Christ, transforming the lives of the needy throughout the world. Its members are at worship and at work in over a hundred countries, as well as right here in Loudoun County, helping those less fortunate with a "hand up not a hand out".

Browse these pages to learn about the local mission and activities of the Army.

The movement, founded in 1865 by William Booth, has spread from London, England, to many parts of the world, including The Salvation Army of Loudoun County, serving Loudoun County for over 30 years.
